Glad Freezer Ware~Microwave Lasanga Roll-Ups

I know we all have our "go-to" recipes. The recipes you keep in your back pocket. They are usually either a family favorite, easy to prepare, or both. This recipe is both! Like most other families, we lead a busy life. We still like to have dinner at home and sometimes that means thinking ahead. I try to keep a few meals in the freezer for when I go out of town or when we just don't have time to prep and cook. This recipe for Microwave Lasagna Roll-Ups goes from the freezer to the microwave and is ready in 12 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
8 lasagna noodles (cooked)
Your favorite seasonings. I use 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1-2 tsps finely chopped basil, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp thyme
Your favorite tomato sauce. (2 cups or one jar)

Assemble noodles (see video)

Freeze up to 3 months.
Remove from freezer. Cover with tomato sauce. Loosely cover and place in microwave. (I open the lid and rest it loosely on top)
Cook for 12 minutes on high. Rotate once during cooking.

Serve with a salad and garlic bread for a great quick meal!
